Mobile Destruction Services
Whether you need a one-time storage clean out or a regular service, CI Shred can accommodate your business. And, we can even provide a Certificate of Destruction for your records. Our mobile shred trucks are fully accredited by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). NAID is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services.
Regularly Scheduled Services
CI Shred provides mobile, on-site document destruction services. We provide you with secure, lockable containers to fill with your material to be destroyed. Our mobile trucks will arrive on a frequency best suited for your business, and will destroy your documents on-site. After every service, we provide you with a signed Certificate of Destruction for your records.
CI Shred provides on-site destruction services for your stored documents, whether at your office or an off-site storage facility. Our trained staff will fill the containers, stored on the mobile shred trucks, with your material and destroy it right on-site. Please call us and we can give you a custom quote based on the amount of material you have.
We offer a variety of highly secure containers that work in tandem with our state-of-the-art mobile document destruction trucks. For estimating purposes, we have provided capacity in terms of a standard “banker box” measuring 10Hx12Wx15″D. Our secure bins are available in the following capacities:
- 64 gallon (holds approximately 6 standard banker boxes)
- 32 gallon (holds approximately 3 standard banker boxes)
- Console unit (holds approximately 2 standard banker boxes)
Paper Material Acceptable in Bins
- Folders, notebooks, notepads (including spiral bound)
- Newsprint, magazine, soft bound publications less than 2″ thick
- Small metal fasteners, rubber bands (staples, paper clips, small binder clips)
- Business sensitive documents and general office paper, any color
Materials NOT Acceptable in Bins
- Trash, plastic, Styrofoam, soda cans
- CDs, DVDs, tapes, x-rays, laminates
- Corrugated cardboard
- Hard bound books and 3-ring binders
- Large metal objects, large binder clips
Hard Drive Destruction Services
Discarded computer hard drives can provide identity thieves a veritable storehouse of information. Simply pressing the delete button does not destroy the data. CI Shred can destroy your old computer hard drives and protect you and your clients or customers from the possibility of identity theft and other information-based fraud.
Secure Drop-Off Shredding Services
You can bring your documents or media to us for secure destruction. Our expert staff will weigh your material and secure it in a locked container until it is destroyed within 24 hours. We can supply a Certificate of Destruction upon request.
Shred Day Events
At CI Shred, we know that protecting confidential information for your customers and employees is important to you. That’s why CI Shred partners with businesses and organizations to provide a mobile truck and staff for a “Shred Day.” This service allows you to provide identity theft protection to your customers and/or the community at large.
