• CI Employment Services

    CI Employment Services provides an excellent avenue for a strong working partnership. Local businesses can hire valuable, quality employees with disabilities and feel great about providing them with a job where they can use their unique skills – and contribute positively to the company’s bottom line.

    Employer Services

    Our team of professional Employment Consultants work to match the skills and interests of job seekers with your specific requirements. There is no fee to the employer, and we take care of all applicant screening and referrals. CIES staff are available to provide additional support as needed.

    Assessment Services

    CIES also partners with local business to complete trial work experiences. These assessments offer our participants the chance to perform job duties in a real work environment. Companies participating in an assessment assist with the skill evaluation process and are not responsible for wages or liability. Trial work experiences help to evaluate a job seeker’s potential for successful employment.

    School to Work Program

    CIES partners with local school districts to provide an option for transition students to participate in work experiences at a variety of local businesses throughout the school year. Students gain valuable work skills to take forward, past graduation and into the working world. Businesses interested in providing students with work experiences are encouraged to contact the CIES Business Division Manager.

    Job-Seeker Services

    We help job seekers obtain and maintain employment through:

    • Job Development and Placement, Retention and Intensive Training
    • Job Search and Work Skills Training
    • Career Counseling
    • Job Coaching

    Job seeker skills and interests are matched to specific jobs in our community in an effort to ensure successful placement. Once a job seeker has obtained employment, on-the-job coaching, support services, and retention assistance may be available to help the employee learn their specific job duties and have a positive outcome for both the employee and employer.
